Cancellation Policy

No Prepayment Required We do not require advance payment to book an online session. However, we kindly ask that you respect our time and notify us in advance if you cannot attend. 2. Cancellations 24 Hours’ Notice: If you need to cancel or reschedule your session, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice. Same-Day Cancellations: Sessions canceled less than 24 hours before the scheduled time may limit your ability to book future sessions. No-Shows: If you miss your session without notice, we reserve the right to restrict future bookings unless prepayment is provided. 3. Rescheduling We are happy to reschedule your session at no additional cost if notice is given at least 24 hours in advance. 4. Our Commitment We understand that unexpected situations arise.
